These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and use of Boujee Boss Lady™ programs, courses, coaching services, digital products, events, and the Boujee Boss Lady Text Community (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Boujee Boss Lady LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in any program or opting into our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

All content is educational and informational in nature.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • Provide accurate information when enrolling

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Boujee Boss Lady™ programs — including videos, worksheets, text messages, graphics, branding, curriculum, and digital resources — are the exclusive property of Boujee Boss Lady LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or resell any content without written permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Unless explicitly stated at checkout:

  • Digital products are non-refundable

  • Coaching services are non-refundable

  • Text programs are non-refundable

  • Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion

Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in immediate termination of access.

By opting into the Boujee Boss Lady Text Community, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Boujee Boss Lady LLC.

Program Description:

Subscribers receive motivational messages, financial empowerment tips, reminders, promotional offers, event announcements, and exclusive updates directly via SMS.

Message frequency varies. Messages are recurring and may be sent multiple times per month depending on your enrollment and participation.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Decisions made based on program content

  • Technical delivery failures outside our control

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Boujee Boss Lady LLC harmless from claims resulting from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any third-party rights

11. Modifications

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
