When I was 16, I bought my first car and proudly showed it off to everyone. At 19, I purchased my first house and threw parties to celebrate. However, as my success grew, I noticed a shift in perception. What was once celebrated was now seen as bragging. When my husband and I built our dream home, we faced criticism instead of praise.

For years, I felt compelled to shrink myself to make others feel better, leading to a sense of isolation and confusion. As a self-made millionaire and Certified Financial Planner, I encountered judgment and misconceptions about my success.
